Sharon & James | Broom Hall Wedding
Norfolk Wedding Photographer
Sharon was my Girl Guide leader, making it such a pleasure to be a part of her wedding day!
On the day of the wedding, I spent the morning at Broom Hall, capturing Sharon’s bridal prep. She had chosen the most beautiful vibrant red as the theme for her wedding, which included her wedding dress.
Sharon walked down the aisle with her two sons, to the sound of bagpipes. It was an intimate ceremony, held in The Lime Tree room and included a reading from James’s sister.
Afterwards, the confetti shot and some of the group photos, took place on the outside steps. But with the wind picking up, we decided to move inside. Once the weather improved and there was a gap in the schedule, I took Sharon and James for some photos in the garden.
An afternoon tea, speeches and gifts were enjoyed during the afternoon. The children played board games and the adults relaxed in the conservatory, before the evening guests arrived. Sweet jars from Sweets n Things and mini cheesecakes from Bespoke Cheesecake Creations decorated the tables.
After some night portraits in the garden, Sharon and James cut the cake – an incredible Lego styled wedding cake, by The Sugar Craft Fairy, that looked almost too good to eat! With a full house, Sharon and James gave an impressive first dance, complete with choreographed moves, finishing with a lift! Afterwards, a hog roast was carved and enjoyed with mini cheesecakes for dessert.
